E-commerce Purchasing Service Disclaimer Agreement  

(By placing an order, the customer is deemed to agree to all terms of this agreement.)

I. Service Content Statement  

1. This website (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") acts as the purchasing service provider, assisting customers in purchasing goods from designated Chinese e-commerce platforms (such as Taobao, 1688, JD.com, etc.) and fulfilling the following obligations:  

   - Placing orders and making payments based on the product links and information provided by the customer;  

   - Verifying the quantity and basic information (such as model, color, etc.) of the goods to ensure consistency with the order;  

   - Arranging cross-border transportation of goods from China to Vietnam, ensuring traceable logistics information.  

2. The Platform does not participate in the production or sales of goods and is not the actual seller or quality responsibility party for the goods.  

II. Customer Responsibilities and Informed Consent  

1. The customer is responsible for confirming the legality, suitability, and the qualifications of the merchants on the Chinese e-commerce platforms for the purchased goods. The Platform does not provide any form of identification or guarantee regarding the authenticity, quality, performance, or safety of the goods.  

2. The customer understands and accepts the potential transportation risks associated with cross-border goods (such as logistics delays, packaging damage, etc.). The Platform will assist in handling such issues but will not be responsible for losses caused by logistics problems.  

3. The customer must provide accurate delivery information (including the address and contact details within Vietnam). Any delivery issues arising from incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.  

III. Disclaimer Clauses  

1. Quality and Authenticity of Goods  

   The Platform is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or after-sales promises of the goods. If the customer has any objections to the goods (including but not limited to quality issues, mismatched goods, false advertising, etc.), the customer must directly negotiate with the merchant on the Chinese e-commerce platform. The Platform can assist by providing the merchant's contact information or guiding the return/exchange process but will not bear any associated costs (including international return shipping fees, tariffs, handling fees, etc.).  

2. Transportation Risks  

   During the cross-border transportation of goods, losses may occur due to customs policies, logistics delays, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.). The Platform will not be liable for compensation but will make every effort to assist the customer in tracking the goods or negotiating claims.  

3. Third-Party Liability  

   The Platform shall not be held jointly liable for disputes or losses caused by the actions of third parties, including merchants on Chinese e-commerce platforms, logistics companies, or customs.  

IV. Return, Exchange, and Cost Explanation  

1. If the customer requests a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:  

   - The goods have not been used and remain in their original packaging;  

   - Proof of return/exchange approval from the merchant on the Chinese e-commerce platform is provided;  

   - The customer bears all costs associated with the return/exchange (including international shipping fees, tariffs, Platform service fees, etc.).  

2. The Platform will assist in processing returns/exchanges within the timeframe stipulated by the policies of the Chinese e-commerce platform and does not guarantee the outcome.  

V. Other Clauses  

1. The interpretation of this agreement belongs to the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to update the terms as needed for business purposes. Continued use of the service by the customer constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.  

2. This agreement is governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes should first be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in the Platform's location for litigation.
