Services and Fees

 Our service has a simple and easy-to-understand fee system so that customers can enjoy shopping with peace of mind. The following is a detailed description of the fee details and payment timing.

Fee Details

    Currently, only the payment method of Cash on Delivery (COD) is supported. If the order amount is above USD 213.07 (exclusive) and up to USD 710.23 (inclusive), the logistics provider will collect 30% of the order amount. If the order amount exceeds USD 710.23, the logistics provider will collect 50% of the order amount. The specific collection method will be determined by the logistics provider.

1. Staged payment

  First payment (domestic China)

    1. Scope of application: Sales store ~ EZvina China Warehouse
    2. Product price: Product sales price
    3. Domestic shipping fee in China: Product delivery fee from the seller's location to EZvina China warehouse (e.g. $1.26)

    About confirmation after arrival:
    After the first payment is completed, you will be notified by email when the product arrives at the EZvina China warehouse.
    You can view for free on the order page:
      -Product images
      -Reconfirmation of product information
      -If you do not need the product, the domestic logistics fee in China (about $1.26) will be borne by the customer and you can return it.

  2nd payment (domestic in Vietnam)

    1. Scope: EZvina China Warehouse ~ Vietnam customer address
    2. International shipping: Shipping calculated based on product weight, delivery method and delivery area. All the logistics and distribution methods adopted in Vietnam support the cash-on-delivery service. 
    3. Customs clearance fee (only when necessary): Fees for customs clearance for import into Vietnam (cost to be borne by the customer, depending on the situation).

  Value-added services:

    Optional services such as gift wrapping or special inspection will be charged separately.

  About customs clearance

    If the imported goods do not comply with Vietnam regulations and are detained by customs, our company will contact the customer in time.
