No. WinWayShop builds your personal purchasing website completely free of charge, including design, setup, and basic configuration. There are no subscription, setup, or maintenance fees required.
Can I customize my website name and domain?
Yes. You can freely choose your own website name to match your brand. You may start with a temporary domain provided by WinWayShop and later connect your own registered domain anytime.
Can I use my own PayPal or other payment account?
Yes. All order payments are sent directly to your own account (PayPal, Stripe, or other payment tools). WinWayShop does not handle, hold, or deduct any part of your earnings.
Who handles order sourcing and shipping?
WinWayShop does. After your customer places an order and payment is received, WinWayShop handles purchasing, inspection, shipping, and after-sales services.
Can customers return items if they are not satisfied?
Yes. All partner suppliers offer a 7-day return or exchange policy (excluding custom-made products). WinWayShop provides after-sales and quality inspection support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Will WinWayShop freeze my funds or delay payments?
No. WinWayShop does not control or hold your funds. All payments go directly to your account, giving you full control of your revenue.
